A most lovely and happy experience with Cynthia. She brings her expertise, patience and joy to the approach of finding a ring. Given it is covid, I was able to search the website, narrow a selection and book an appointment, Cynthia was able to choose others based on my initial thoughts and I found the most unique and incredible ring. I was never pushed, Cynthia has a magical way about her. I couldn't feel happier about this ring and finding it with my husband for our anniversary.
