The CNO is engaged in open discriminatory practices against a minority of its members by preventing them from working at all during the pendemic. So much so that a section of CNO members have no choice but to consider legal claims against the association. Stay tuned CNO!

Have been waiting 3 months now for my license to be verified, with no updates other than it being processed and they cannot give an estimated length of time. I have a job offer in an under-served community. Backwards, unnecessary bureaucracy that create significant barriers for the employment of nurses in Canada when nurses are needed more than ever.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Took them 10 weeks to process my verification of license even when I had a job pending AND almost lost it because of their incompetence. If you want anything done with them, be prepared to hire a lawyer, that’s the only way I managed to get my verification of license forms emailed before I lost my job offer.

Really bad timing on my part to begin the transfer of my licence starting end of July 2020. The customer service was poor to begin with . But then the whole shut down for nearly one month. It was not their fault but to not do anything for nearly one month and then continue to be rude with the applicants ? Why ? I just want to be a nurse in Ontario.

Absolute joke of an agency. They have a knack for ruining people's hope for ever working as a nurse. If this province do not need more nurses they should say so. Always changing policies when they feel like it and toying with aspiring nurse's hopes and dreams. Pure evil governs this agency.
