I went to pick up a parcel on Christmas Eve. I received a pickup notice 2 days before. The parcel wasn't there. It was still in the Mississauga depot. Why did I receive notification that I could pick it up here TWO days ago. The staff were very apologetic and felt telling me that they were open until 7 pm would help the matter . Like I did not have anything else to do except make a return trip to the post office on Christmas Eve. Amazon next day delivery anyone ?
