I have been living at this building right after it was built for over seven years now. If there were real cons, I would have moved out by now: the location is superb - the true central downtown. Building is still as good as new, walls separating the rooms are solid concrete. To see concrete walls in a condo of a similar age is very rare, and definitely something unheard of in an apartment building. The unit size is spacious, there is an underground parking and storage. Whole building is owned by one enterprise so you don't have to worry about owners selling the units. I would highly recommend this clean and well management building to anyone who appreciates good location and quiet living - at the same time being right at the heart of it all. The building is called Campus Common, though it rarely feels like a student building at all, it just feels like an upscale apartment building with students living in it. P.S. There is also a small gym, play room with pool tables, study room and a lounge room.

I enjoyed the entirety of my time at Campus Common (1 year) with the previous management but especially with the management now. Peter is friendly and accommodating and the reception staff will always try their best to help. It's clean, quiet and a nice space for a student, esp if you are planning to go to Ryerson (it's literally across the street). I usually could get maintenance requests filled in 1-2 days. It's worth noting the majority of the bad reviews are from previous management who are not there anymore. If you need access to downtown but want somewhere you can feel away from the city noise, this place is for you :)

You can find lots of better places to live in the area for a similar price. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! Rooms are cold as heck in the winter even with all heaters blasting. Half the sockets don't work and no reply to maintenance requests. The heating cost in the winter will run you 100 every month. Rooms are disgusting when you move in. Security guard harasses you and even entered my room once without permission.

Just moved in this September and have had such a great experience so far! The staff at Campus Common have been very accommodating and kept in close communication with me throughout the moving process by booking an elevator, providing dollys, helping with directions and the back parking lot, etc. Being a first year student, I was nervous having a new roommate but was pleasantly surprised by their matching process and definitely couldn't have found myself a better roommate elsewhere. The building is very clean and well taken care of, 100% would recommend!
