I wouldn't go as far as calling it a scam, however I feel they did very little to find me work. Lots of promises upfront but nothing to show for it. After 1.5 years I got a total of 1 audition. Basically paid 400 to get photos done, which I ended up using for Tinder a few years later. I would not recommend signing a contract with them or paying any fees for photos. Find another talent agency! Toronto has plenty to choose from. Go to the ACTRA website and search for reputable agencies.

COMPLETE SCAM. When I first signed a contract with this company and paid upfront for my photos, I was told to choose 3 of my favourite photos and email them back to the company. Every time I tried to email them my photos back, I was told the email didn't work because the size of the file was too big and he gave me all the copies of the photos on a disk (what kind of agency doesn't keep a copy themselves?) so I had no choice but to keep trying to send them the photos and they continued to tell me the photos weren't working. I got my first call for an audition from them, and they left a voicemail on my phone. I called back within 5 minutes of receiving the call, but no one answered. I called back many times through the evening, but still no answer at the front desk. i had even left voice messages. When I emailed the agents to ask them what happened, they finally responded and had told me that sometimes the phones get busy and that's why they probably didn't answer so I'd have to keep trying like I had been even when they didn't answer. I have one friend who had the EXACT SAME EXPERIENCE, with the lies about the photos not working when sending them through email, and with getting one call off the bat, but when we return the call, no one responded so they turned it around like it was our fault we couldn't make the audition instead of their poor business practice of not even being able to return calls or answer the phone when it rings. DO NOT sign with this agency. IT IS A SCAM, A MONEY-GRAB, and they will do nothing for you in terms of exposure or work.

THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM. My sister went with this agency awhile ago and she spent over 800 with them. They took several shots of her which she was told that they were going to give her work. We never heard from them again. She kept calling and calling but nobody would answer.
