Beautiful building designed for rehab from the ground up. Handrails everywhere, big elevators accommodate more than one wheelchair, large washrooms, nice kitchens on the floors, floor to ceiling windows in the patient rooms, spectacular views from the rooftop garden. You will have seen this facility in shows like “Room” and “Orphan Black,” and they were filming a season of “Mary Kills People” while my husband was a patient there in 2017. Just wished there were more options than Timmies outside of lunch hour.

Love this building especially the cool statues out back
The care my father has received has been amazing. As far as that goes, he has been in very good hands. As for the administration and social work end of it - not helpful, apply pressure on the family at every opportunity with their conference calls and emails to get him out. We have felt like a ball bouncing back and forth with mixed information; or lack thereof is more like it. It has been an extremely frustrating and sad experience for my father at 92 years of age to be treated this way.
