Break for Play is an amazing program and unlike anything else in the neighbourhood. There are so many things for the kids to do (free play, craft, ride on toys, a quiet room, circle time) and it is flexible (open three days a week and you drop in anytime from 9-11:15 for free play). Snack is provided for both the child and the adults and there is an amazing sense of community since it is a co-operative. Highly recommend for anyone staying at home with young kids, nannies, grandparents, etc.

Break For Play is a wonderful place for young children. It's a community of children, parents, caregivers, and grandparents who are committed to creating a fun and inviting experience. Kids can do free play, crafts, play on ride on toys, dress up, and eat healthy snacks. Adults can play, sit back with a coffee and snack and gain support from each other. Break For Play always concludes with circle time, a friendly way to let the kids know playtime is almost over.
