I went to many Toronto boutiques to find my dress and had a fantastic experience a Bravo Bridal. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and have been very helpful through the purchasing and ordering process. Dresses at this store were fair in price and my dress ended up totaling to about half my budget, leaving room for alterations and other expenses. Would highly recommend this place to a bride looking for a modern dress, great service and reasonably priced gowns!

EDIT: due to the store’s claim that this is a fake review, I have included a full review below (previously rating only). I would like to point out when I first submitted my rating a few months ago, the shop emailed me to ask about my google review and experience. I am unclear why they now claim to have no record of me. I booked my appointment for Feb 8, 2020 to coincide with one of their designer trunk shows. My friend, who also recently got engaged, had her appointment booked right after mine. When we arrived, we were pleasantly greeted by the receptionist and ushered to a seating area to fill out forms. We then met our bridal consultant, who was very sweet and earnest in suggesting dresses but she didn’t fully grasp what I was looking for (e.g. I would say I didn’t want beading and she would later pull a dress with beading). I asked about the trunk show since I wanted to try on those particular styles and was told that it was happening next week. Confused, I double checked their website and confirmed it was supposed to be happening that day. I asked again two more times and each time got a different yet equally confusing answer. I then asked if they carried anything from that designer and was told they had one dress. Not off to a great start as I had travelled out of my way to get here. The other customer in the store finished her appointment early, so we were encouraged to start my friend’s appointment which meant there was some overlap between her appointment and mine. Another consultant came by and made a snarky comment about it to our consultant which made me feel awful for her. I realized this is getting long so I’ll sum it up to say a series of negative impressions led me to leave a two star review: lack of variety and small dress selection, not listening/understanding my feedback on dresses, unclear communication about the trunk show, abrasive attitude of some consultants, and the crowded fitting area.

Fantastic service and selection of dresses. I came in with a dress in mind but was also showed various styles similar for my consideration. In the end I ordered the dress I had in mind and Bravo Bridals helped me make sure I was getting the right size since the specific dress wasn’t in store to try. They were even able to give me a competitive price to boot! The dress came in perfectly as described and within the timeframe provided. They even recommended tailors for me.
