Great Service, Great Price, Great Finished Product! The showroom staff, especially Melissa, were great to work with. We took our time and came in over multiple visits. They were patient and helpful and also gave us space to consider our options. Of course they had samples we could take home but they also gave us a full valance to compare the colors against our place. There are lead times since the blinds are made to order. But the team was very clear about timelines and delivered on them during Covid. Our installer, Chris, did a great job; very professional, very friendly, and also very accommodating to how we wanted the blinds installed. Thanks B2G team!!!

Mary Ann was very good in giving me several options when I was shopping for blinds at their store. She went above and beyond to ensure I was choosing the best product within my budget. When the blinds delivered had minor issues, she was also attentive to make sure it was rectified immediately and had reserved me the earliest installation appointment available. Kudos to this store. Highly recommended. :)
It was an easy and smooth transaction with Mary Ann. I didn't know what I like but she asked me questions which led me to exactly what I want and need. The quality of the drapes is no way close to those ready made ones. I am already thinking of my next order :) Thank you Mary Ann. Great customer service and awesome product quality :)
I did not have a good experience with Blinds to Go. Everything took extremely long (about 3 months from the time I placed my order until I actually got the istallation). I had to call many times. One of the blinds was mislabeled. The installer made a hole in my ceiling, which was very roughly patched, and left a drywall powder and pieces mess all over my bedroom. He decided to charge some sharp device (I don't know what it was) but left 2 deep cuts in the brand new mat under my elliptical machine. Finally, the quality of the curtains is simply under par, not well finished. The blinds are fine so far. I would not go back to this store.
Omar and the team at Davenport Blinds To Go should be running the city ;-). They are beyond efficient (I got mine in 48 hrs) and make it fun and fast. I’ve ordered from this place a number of times — and service has gotten better and better. Everyone clearly loves their work and their colleagues. Even though we only spoke on phone and saw each other through glass the warmth meant a lot to me as I’m seeing no one. As for the blinds, they’re a low cost way to cover your windows, save energy, protect furniture — and they are chic and minimal. Six stars!!!!
