Friendly and fast! I had an issue with my rear brakes. They went above and beyond and when I got my bike back it ran like new.
I had an issue with my free wheel hub and it was unrepairable. After trying to source a replacement wheel at various LBS, found they had one here! Quick great service, reasonably priced items to be found! Definitely recommend! Just make sure to check their website for dates/hours first as it's not a regular storefront and is run by students.
Very good learning experience, the staff was patient enough to teach me step by step of fixing my bike. The parts can be purchased at reasonable price.
