This is the absolute BEST PLACE to come to either buy an e bike or have yours repaired. The owner went out of his WAY (2 nights ago). When I had an appt with another place and the %%#% was closed... and he knew I had no charge but my man phoned Bike and Forth. DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE So not NOT WORTH IT. TEN STARS FOR

The employees are very unkind. I will never revisit. I will do so even if the robber threatens me. This store seems to be a rule to be nervous about customers. I will spend two hours to go to a farther repair shop. Unfortunately, there is a good repair shop nearby. Of course, I'm lucky from my point of view. It's a waste of a single star. Lazy Google needs to add a zero-point score system. for this place. If you are planning to visit this store, please have a threatening item. Dont forget, Manners arise from fear
I had a really welcoming experience from the very beginning. I didn't expect to walk out with a brand new moped style ebike at such a sick price!!! I would recommend going to visit, and will be going out of my way for any other bike needs in the future. Also a fun fact: It was an old bank. Thank you John and Curtis ️
In one word this guys are just robber. Very rude & aggressive. I just went to pump my cycle & they asked for 5 each tyre. I said I will give 5 for both tyre then they agreed but they said I’ve to pump by myself. I started to pump then one guy came & took pumper from my hand & started pumping saying that I’m not doing right. Then they charged 10 for not even 1 minute work. The way they talk seems like they are gangsters & gonna beat you up in there. I’m not a tough person to argue with them. I’m a student & my heart was just broken. I didn’t expect this kind of behaviour & robbery in Canada.
