The BFF team is awesome and their setup is fantastic. Their pricing is competitive, website is easy to use and their space is welcoming. I was very anxious after adopting my puppy Nugget and felt like I would never be able to go anywhere without her again. I found out about BFF from a friend and brought her to their playcare. She was very nervous at first but she had a fantastic time! She now goes through the door when we drop her off without even looking back and looks forward to seeing her usual friends. The playcare has helped her gain a ton of confidence and social skills. Nugget has also stayed with BFF staff for boarding, and they offer frequent updates and photos. I feel a lot better having her with someone I know I can trust, rather than leaving her in a kennel if an emergency comes up. I'm very grateful to BFF for giving me peace of mind and for taking such amazing care of my pup.

They say a picture is worth 1000 words - well, the first photo below is Miles soon after we rescued him at his first Puppy Power Hour - the second is one month later. The BFF team have been a pillar in our rescue’s socialization through their hard working staff and amazing community. He’s gone from the most nervous pup in his liter with separation anxiety - to someone who couldn't be more excited to leave us to spend his day at BFF. We can’t say enough about this organization and the people that work there.
I used BFF Prince Edward County for boarding when I went on vacation and Jujube had such a great time! Madhu was wonderful with giving me lots of updates and photos of Jujube’s time there and she came back so tired! Being able to see that my dog was having a good time really put my mind at ease so that I could have a great vacation. I could not recommend their boarding more and am so thankful of Madhu, her husband, and everyone at BFF PEC for taking such great care of my girl.
We love sending our Teddy Bear to the BFF Ranch in Prince Edward County!! Teddy is a rescue pup that spent his 1st 6 months on a farm in the Dominican Republic with 11 other dogs. The Covid-19 pandemic made it hard for us to socialize Teddy, especially since we are both essential workers. Teddy missed playing with other dogs. Attending the BFF Ranch allows Teddy to run and play with other pups all day. He loves spending time with Madhu and his friends!!
BFF has been instrumental in the development our dear dog-loving Pancho. When we got our puppy we read about how important it was so socialize them within the first 6 months (as they get good doggy-feedback from other dogs), and BFF allowed us to do this in a safe, controlled, yet super fun environment. We've been dropping him off on some work days since he was 2-3 months old. BFF not only allows us to go to work knowing that he is well taken care of (and NOT munching on some furniture at home!) but also he LOVES every second he spends at BFF. The staff is super friendly and professional, always willing to offer great feedback and training tips. They have live webcams on their websites so you can see at all times what your dog is up to and they have a hilarious instagram feed! List goes on...Very competitive rates, convenient location, hours of operations... and much more. We are so grateful for BFF!
