I was very happy with the exceptional person's attitude, who helped me to exchange my wireless router. His name was \Alex\. He was very nice and patient. He supposed to do the return part and then I was supposed to purchase the new product from another department. But he did both of them for me at the same time saved me time. I hope Bestbuy appreciate these type of employees who can be the reason customers go back to the same store.

Attempted to purchase in iphone for curbside pickup. After 1hr got an error message about the billing address. Called in, waited for 30 minutes on hold to get it sorted out. About 1hr later same error, called the bank who said the error was on best buy's end. Test transactions went through fine. Called best buy back, waited again for about 20 minutes this time and was told it was taken care of or they would call me back. Waited until the next day (today), now noticed the transaction was showing as 0. Called best buy back, waited again 20 minutes and was informed that my order had been canceled after my first customer service interaction. No notice given, and no call back received. They stated there should have been an email sent with the cancelation confirmation. Did not receive the email. When asking for a duplicate email they stated their system would not allow this as an automatic one should have been generated. Tried to order again this time with a different card. 1hr wait later, same error. Out of frustration I canceled my order and went direct to apple. The transaction processed within 5 minutes, pickup window scheduled. For a technology company best buy's systems sure seem to be lacking.

Do not visit while COVID-19 restrictions are in place. If you go, plan for a 45-120 minutes line-up outside the store for everything: order pick ups, returns, store purchases, or Geek Squad. You won't be allowed inside; there are only two employees processing all transactions in the entrance lobby and you will get a hard push for Extended Warranty after waiting. Buy online and ship home, or better yet support small, local electronic stores who have figured out how to do efficient order pick up and allow in-store purchases.
