One of my favourite studios ever! Love the Hot Hiit pilates class here and truly you can't go wrong with the teachers. Winny & Lindsey have some of the world's best vibes ever and are my personal favourites. Their Covid safety protocols are excellent and they ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable!

bē Hot Yoga is one of the most intimate, sexy and well priced hot yoga studios we've been to in Edmonton. Actually it's the only hot yoga studio we've been to in YEG. Our Happy Hips class was exactly what we needed and the chill vibe and cool decor gave us all the feels.

Amazing studio in the city, really inspiring teachers.
I've been to alot of studios around Canada and this one is definitely in my top 3. Good atmosphere, class sizes are good, instructors are excellent and well versed providing adjustments as needed. Overall quite happy with the studio and will likely make it my permanent studio here. Only two gripes are the men's changing room is quite small so it gets very packed in there and that the classes fill up too fast around the 5-6pm time frame.
