Parking door always broken due to inept drivers, front door is broken for months before repairs, security rarely on site, some have complained about bed bugs and or roaches, nobody is in the office during business hours, hot water is always unstable, gym is missing equipment and is extremely hot in the summers, the pool is always freezing, the elevator is always broken; my girlfriend was stuck once for an hour and had to be freed by firefighters, visitors recieved parking ticket even while registered. On a positive note the general space cleaners do a great job and are very friendly.
