Its integration with NAPA TRACS enables us as a NAPA AutoCare Center to provide service above and beyond what we could do with a paper inspection form. It is easier to use for the Advisor and the Techs in the shop. AutoServe1 is driving great business reviews and we will not be going back to the old way of doing things!

Overpriced. not a reliable system at all. Called for technical support, press 2. was on hold over an hour. When you input information, you may loose it many times its happened. 350.00 per month is definitely vary steep. THE OTHER THING ABOUT THE PROGRAM IS, IF YOUR ON A SCREEN AND YOU PRESS BACK SPACE YOULL HAVE TO START ALL OVER.
Sales are easier, faster and we have raised our ARO - plus, we get compliments all of the time from customers who are impressed with the modern and professional look of our service!
This system has way to many bugs,. crashes and loss off data. At this time I would not recommend the system to anyone that relies on someone keeping your history off customer base. I will remove this review if the system support team is able to resolve my issues. Up to now i have waited all day and not 1 phone call back from the tech support team. Very disappointed. When they sold me the system, the made it seem like it was the best in the industry. After a few moths i beg to differ.
Amazing team work within this company. Customer service experts. Samantha has been AWESOME. If you are looking for a DVI program, look no further this is the one.
