I have had the pleasure of working with August Media's team for the past six months and I can not say enough good things. The process began with a thoughtful call to find out what my needs were, what my goals for my business were and to learn about myself and my company. I felt immediately taken care of and received a personalized proposal quickly which was reflective of everything that we had discussed in our discovery call. As soon as we officially began working together I felt incredibly taken care of by the team at August Media. All responses are prompt and very thoughtful. A lot of care, attention and time was taken to truly understand my specific needs, how I work and the tone and messaging I wanted to relay to my audience. As I am sure it is for other small businesses as well, my work is very personal and sensitive and they took the time to truly understood this, and are so intentional with everything that they work on with me. I trust Sara, Elizabeth and the team at August Media explicitly. I can't express the relief it has been to have them as part of my marketing presence and be supported by them. Elizabeth knows my brand inside and out and creates the most incredible visual layouts and Sara seems to read my mind and live inside my head in the best way possible. Each post is thoughtful and curated to be a true reflection of myself and my brand. I do not have any worries at all, knowing they have my back. I feel truly taken care of by the team at August Media and I know they have my best interest at heart with everything that they do. It makes me emotional even writing this review because I can't properly express the gratitude I have for how much they have done for me and supported my business during the pandemic. Again, there are not enough words to express how wonderful this team is and I have no hesitation to refer them to everyone I can!

Amazing photographers and staff. We just had our company shoot at Preto Loft and the photographer was phenomenal. She was professional, fun and really used the light to her advantage. I wanted to take the time to really vocalize how amazing August Media is. From the very start, I spoke with Sasha who took the time to really understand what I was looking for, work with me and recommend what he felt would work best for my individual needs. Elizabeth, the creative director, is priceless and extremely valuable. She is cool, calm and collected. She knows exactly what she is doing, not to mention she does it exceptionally well. She met with me and ensured on the day of the shoot my vision came to light. Svetlana was also phenomenal. I have never experienced such an amazing photographer who is so calm, encouraging and truly cares. She utilized the entire space, didn't stop for the full 2 hours and ensured I got everything I was looking for before we finished. She made me feel at home and helped make the day so fun! Her and Elizabeth worked seamlessly together. I honestly, cannot recommend August Media enough. I just received a preview of my photos, I am not surprised, but they look AMAZING.
