Recently purchased a 2019 Audi E-Tron with great deals and promotions. Anthony who helped us throughout the whole process with great explanation regards to the vehicle and payment options. Also, Frances who is a financial manager gave us huge help with dealing with Audi FS made it possible for us to get the vehicle. Both are very knowledgeable about what they are doing and very professional. Lastly, Anthony got us a few car accessories gifts and a bow for the vehicle knowing my wife's birthday. Very thoughtful. I recently purchased a CPO Audi A6 from this dealership. After delivery I needed few things to be looked at. Service Manager - Mr Fernando & Mith both from the service department were excellent right from the start until the problem was resolved. Seeing Fernando today delivering me the car personally, going through the areas needed attention, was a great touch. I would also like to thank the General Manager - Binny, Delivery Specialist - Marco and lastly the gentleman who got me in the brand new loaner vehicle (sorry I don't know his name) I am excited about my new purchase. Recently purchased a RS5 coupe at Audi Downtown Toronto. Thank you Sales Representative Daniel Lu for explaining the car to details and always keeping in touch with me. He is a very polite and humble person who spent every effort to identify and satisfy my needs. Also big thanks to Financial Service manager Alexandra who helped me through the financing process. She is very kind and lovely. One unhappy thing was that there appeared to be a chip on my RS5’s front bumper when delivering the 100k new car, and neither the exterior nor interior were cleaned properly. Too much dust. How disappointed! But still deserve a 5-star because they admitted the mistake and quickly made a service appointment to fix the bumper. Thank you Audi Downtown Toronto!

Recently, I leased Audi Q3 2021 model from Downtown Audi. Salesman Nikola Veljkovic understood my requirement as I was bit hesitant and wanted to understood the pros-cons before finalizing the model. Niko explained in details the advantages and disadvantages of various models and helped me in clarifying the doubts. He even provided recommendations to optimize the cost which I found very helpful. Not only he helped me in getting a good resale value for A4 but also got me a good deal on Q3. Even after finalizing the model, I was picky about the color. Niko brought all the available colored cars from their inventory which helped me to choose the one according to my preference. Couldn't be more happy with the purchase. On the final day of delivery, Marco helped in getting the paperwork done swiftly and quickly explain the features of the car. Just to add Niko went out of the way and clicked some beautiful pics of the car and a short video as memories to be cherished. Highly recommend Niko. Thanks Niko and the team!!!
