Had a great experience shopping online at ATR Sports, I had a question about a specific tennis racket I was looking for, and Mo took the time for a couple of calls and sent over pictures of the actual racket to make sure everything was as expected. I have never been into the shop as I don't live in Ontario, but I ordered something online from ATR Sports. They were quick to ship it out, but unfortunately Canada Post lost the delivery before it left the warehouse. I wanted to leave a review here to say that the customer service at ATR Sports is top-notch. They were fantastic about contacting Canada Post for me and letting me know what options I had due to the situation. They are friendly, responsive, and I really appreciated it. I will definitely come back to ATR Sports if I need to order anything else -- thank you again!

Went here for a stringing service. Muhammed is a friendly person, he exerts an effort to get to know customers and will not up sell you. I came here on a friday and needed a racquet for the weekend, (while my racquet is being strung). He gladly let me use an Arcsaber 11 demo and I really appreciated the gesture. Will have him string my racquets from now on. Good guy, knows what he says and how to do it. 5 stars.
