Kiki was extremely rude to me on the phone and her husband was even less courteous. The customer service was poor and there was many issues with my flight. The names for some of my companions were incorrectly listed and I was never given a receipt nor was I provided with adequate updates regarding my flight and payment. This agency has major red flags, avoid at all costs.
