My experience with this clinic and specifically with physiotherapist Olivia Martins has been nothing short of outstanding. The clinic is always clean, organized, and welcoming (even during construction!) and they do direct billing which is very convenient. Olivia is incredible. She listens attentively and is very knowledgeable. She demonstrates a sincere curiosity about the injury, and always finds ways to heal and help. She has helped me through three different injuries and I always leave the clinic feeling better. I finally convinced my partner to see a physiotherapist because I knew I could trust her; he has nothing but good words for her as well. She also uses an app that shows and guides you through your physio exercises at home, with reminders and timers to help you through it. I have never been so consistent with my physio before and this is a huge plus. Thank you Olivia and ALPHA Health Services!

Great experience at Alpha Health Services! Initially came to Priscilla for treatment on what I thought was lower back pain. Priscilla got me back on my feet with minimal down time. The thing that I appreciate the most is Priscilla's drive to find and treat the root of the issue through various workable methods. Her method of treatment is outstanding, utilizing the latest techniques and coming up with new ideas, or a combination of ideas to get you going again. She takes her time and never makes you feel rushed. She is not only knowledgeable and smart, she is humble and unassuming making you feel comfortable to ask questions with real understandable answers. Thanks to Priscilla I am more agile, and reactive during activities. My range of motion has improved considerably. She’s highly recommended!

Charlotte is hands-down the best physiotherapist I’ve ever had! I’ve been seeing her since last February to manage my chronic pain, and from the first visit onwards, I’ve been 100% thrilled with her services. Charlotte consistently listens, assesses, and cares more than anyone. She always answers questions, takes the time to connect with you personally, and goes out of her way to be available via email on off-clinic hours. I also have to mention Ashley, the clinic director. She is incredibly warm and friendly, and instantly made me feel welcome at Alpha. She always makes sure that I’m booked into Charlotte’s schedule ahead of time so I don’t have to worry about getting an appointment. Overall, I can’t recommend Alpha and Charlotte enough!! I will always suggest them first to anyone asking about physiotherapy.

On the advice of a Sunnybrook Hospital orthopaedic surgeon, following a multi-injury cycling accident, I booked an appointment with ALPHA. With good fortune, I was assigned Olivia Martins as my physiotherapist. For the following 21 sessions, over more than four months, Olivia consistently treated me with friendliness, consistency and professionalism. Her treatments were informed and effective, and her advice was on point. Despite the occasional discomfort (part of the process, of course), the sessions were a pleasure. Not that I want to, but should I require the services of a physiotherapist again, I know where to go. Thank you, Olivia.
