What an absolutely warm and inviting space Sheila has masterfully created here! From the moment you step on the front stoop at the entrance you feel welcomed. The calm and inviting interior, that offers many rooms and modalities, gives you an instant feeling that you will be welled care for. I suggest you try the dry sauna to complete your visit. Its heavenly!

A very clean studio with a very good energy. I had a pleasant yoga class and will definitely return. My massage was just as pleasant and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Align Wellness to all my friends
