I have been an Acura customer for more than 20 years. I recommend this dealership for service as my experience has always been great. They fix what you report and don't try to upsell repair jobs like other dealerships do. I live in Mississauga and take my car all the way to Downtown Acura because of the service I get. It so happens that I also love the Acura brand and vehicles. The most important thing after the purchase is the service. The people here are great, the service is great! I recommend them.

Got delivery of my first car from here today. The whole experience from the start was really smooth. Frank was the representative I interacted with. He was super quick in responses and was very easy to talk to. All my questions were answered within 2 minutes over text. That is some kind of exceptional service. The delivery was handled by Daniel - again exceptional job. He explained us each and every detail about the car and was super courteous. A great hassle-free experience. Hoping to have many more fruitful years with Downtown Acura.

I've been servicing my car here for several years. They are very professional and efficient. Anthony Koo is a great service advisor, I've dealt with him every visit. I had an issue with my safety certificate and he escalated it to Mike Chalmers, the service manager, right away. Mike quickly resolved the issue with the shop foreman, Ryan, in a friendly and personable manner. They made it a pleasant experience. Would highly recommend Acura Downtown. Nice waiting area with desks available if you need to work.
I was only here to get a replacement key for my parent's car. The parts department was courteous and helpful. Prices and parts arrival times were accurate. The only thing is parts are expensive.
