I found Academy Foot and Orthotic Clinics through google and was impressed by their high reviews. I was a bit skeptical anyways - but they proved me wrong! They communicate very clearly and are very accommodating. The front staff are lovely. I worked with Diane, who is super knowledgeable and very helpful, I would highly recommend her. I have found my foot clinic for life!

The appointments are Well organized backed by cohesive team that effortlessly connects with the customers....and at every step of the process from point of entry. Everyone smiles here- clients and staff. TheyMust be doing something right! Ps. “Ali” is the first chiropodist and person who has made me feel comfortable with having my feet treated to the point that I now anticipate my appointments. She is the best!
Recently, my son experienced a surgical intervention to his toe. I discovered Academy Foot Clinic and Dr. Nicole Tam. A 6 month problem that created a very big emotional disturbance in our family, was finally cleared.I am waiting outside the operating room and I hear laughs, good mood, conversation is flowing happily between Dr. Tam and my son, a very calm and quite amazing atmosphere. Everything is done. Dr.Tam invited me in the office. Very calm, smiling and engaging she explained the procedure to me and my son. I am looking at the surgery (I am a MD myself, with very high standards and a loving mother) and I realized how lucky my son was, being Dr Tam’s patient.The surgery procedure was done perfectly. Beside the expertise, the dr’s golden hands and a high professional and empathetic involvement, all the words cannot cover what we really felt and still feel about the entire experience. Above and beyond. No pain involved in the process, no sides effects, no subsequent infections, clean and precise, a state of art. Great care, detailed instructions. On top of everything, a beautiful and friendly staff. I am the happiest mother in the world. Thank you , Dr.Tam.
I was in Toronto for the annual PDAC convention on March 1st. Had a bad corn on my right foot. Called the clinic to make an appointment on Sunday march 1st. Received a call on Monday morning the 2nd. They were kind enough to get me in on March 2nd in the afternoon. Great service, great convention. I am now back ice climbing on March 6th with no problems
I have been a patient of the Academy Foot and Orthotic Clinics on Broadview Avenue for quite a few years now and I am more than pleased and satisfied with the advanced care and excellent health services that they offer.The clinic is conveniently located, well-equipped and very clean, the atmosphere is always pleasant and all the staff is very kind, caring and helpful. Theresa at the front desk is exceptionally polite, friendly and always welcomes us with a warm smile and genuine interest, while Terence and all the support staff make sure that every patient feels at home. Many special thanks to my chiropodist, Nathee, for his expert advice and knowledge and for treating my serious foot problem with such great care and professionalism!
