Home renovation is usually not a fun process and is a very personal. It can also be deeply emotional, either good or bad. Our recent home renovation was our second experience. I have to say, we wish we knew about this company before. We were assigned a project mnanager by the name of Fred. We could not have asked for a better professional individual. FYI, this swat team of renos included Mike, Lawrence, Edmir and Albion just to name a few. Our past experience with contractors and trades people, came with shoddy work, an unwillingness to answer questions and lack of seeing our vision. Fred listened to our wants/needs and included valid suggestions where we may have overlooked an idea. The execution by his team was flawless, clean and fast. From our first appointment to the end of the project, Fred and crew did a stellar job. The customer service was top notch. Which, in my opinion, is rare in the home renovation business. We had countless questions and ALL were answered truthfully and in a timely manner. The entire experience left us feeling that we mattered and our property treated as if it was their own. PRICELESS!!!

I am so happy to write this review as I recently had some major issues with flooding in my mother’s condo. Sopho did a great job with being clear and explaining why he believes it happened and what he was going to do to extract the water. My mother had to stay with me for a little while until we had things cleared, but she is very happy with the results and the condition of the service. She can be pretty hard to impress but, seeing that she was so happy with the end results, I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks again!

Personnel at job site are rude, no respect to home owners neighbours. No respect for building code and laws! Unprofessional attitude at all times. Your neighbours will have bad impression on you and hated you for what this people caused them that’s for sure. They make use of common area as their work shop and don’t care how much disturbance this have caused. Leaving door wide open while doing renovation which causing extreme noise echoing all over the entire floor. This is against the law and despite for numerous times for repeated warning from building management, they still keep doing it. They will pretend to be sorry and make out unreasonable reason when talk to but as you turn away they continue to violate. All of them talk like they are yelling each other all the time “big mouth!”

I would highly recommend Absolute Interior. They recently help me out with a flood to my unit. They came in cleaned everything and put everything back together. The team they have is Absolutely amazing. I had the Operations manager contact me, just to make sure that i was happy with all of the work. Bravo!!!!
