If zero stars was a possiblity it would be my rating for this company. Zero organization, zero communication, and zero compensation. For my girlfriends birthday, I had called back in May to book a jump for us on August 3, 2019. 4 days prior, I messaged them to confirm the jump and they said we are all good. Then the morning of the jump, I decided I should message them to ask how early we should be, only to find out they had FORGOT to message us the NIGHT BEFORE to let us know the plane was still in maintenance and won't be ready until next week!!! So if I hadn't have asked, we would've arrived only to find this out in person and be turned around. We flew from Calgary, AB specifically for this experience and paid for a hotel the night before in Tofino.... all for nothing. I can understand the maintenance issue, but there is no excuse for the lack of communication and scheduling. ZERO STARS.

Jumping over Long Beach is the sickest view I've ever had skydiving. Scenery is unbelievable. Amazing crew runs the place. Definitely a place to get that check in the box on the bucket list, or for an amazing fun jump.
