I called after hours that did not need 911 at 45 Robern street . I tried to explain the situation and the women was very rude and very rushing me. So I called the fore dept. Does anyone know the history of this place at all.. been to a few things and things and videos on the net it's creepy

We built a new home in beautiful Tiny Twp. We had a positive experience with the building and planning dept. Staff are very knowlegeable and polite and also helpful. John Masters
The By-Law office must be providing a 5 minute training video for their staff.... As they ticket people with clearly visible parking permits, make mistakes on the ticket, but don't do anything about vehicles parked on the side of the road/grass. When you try to dispute it over the phone,,, why don't you come in and speak to us person on a 3rd Monday of the Mayan calendar between the hours of 1:00pm and 1:03pm
Can't believe residents wouldn't be notified before their ditch would be ripped up... Years worth of cattail transplanting was ripped out with nobody thinking that maybe this clearly intentional patch meant something to someone. I would have gladly transplanted them somewhere else if anyone had cared to tell me about the plans to gut the ditch... Clearly nobody working on this has any experience with ecology or fluvial geomorpholgy. Not only did they ruin a functioning ditch and ecosystem but they also dug too deep so that the ditch no longer drains water. Now my culvert needs to be moved costing me money. A dramatic display of incompitance...
Their By-Law office sucks! I was overcharged on the parking meter (admittedly my mistake) and even though when I initially called to correct this it was during business hours on a Friday when I was there, I was told to send an email and they will take care of it on Monday - guess what: on Monday they wanted me to come back to their office in person for the refund. What a scammy money grab from a gov't office. they must know that most of their visitors are out of town. Sidenote - none of their parking machines had the township's number on it. Even run down parking lots in Toronto have cust service numbers on them, lol. I wish there was something more I could do.
