The woman I interacted with here (blonde long hair) is quite rude. She presents herself as all knowing but is far from it. I ship 100’s of parcels a month and have a decent grasp of Canada post prices and procedures. As soon as I walked in she was already telling me they couldn’t print labels on site when I’ve done it at other locations dozens of times. When I calmly explained to her it was possible she again tried arguing with me. It wasn’t until I showed her it was possible by just hearing me out that she simmered down. Then, she made an error sending some other mail and overcharged me. I tried to correct her mistakes, and help, but she became defensive and aggravated with me, telling me I was wrong and didn’t know what I was talking about. Luckily I was prepared, and showed a previous bill from previous transaction at another location (a transaction I’ve done 100’s of times) proving I was in fact correct. She was stumped, albeit still with an attitude. Long story short the issue wasn’t resolved because she knows all and I just paid the incorrect amount so I could get in with my day. Maybe this location isn’t busy enough and doesn’t see the volume of larger locations to be as familiar with all transactions but they should still be aware. Customer service is lacking. People skills are lacking. Canada post procedures lacking. —-This review only applies to this particular clerk - blonde lady. It’s best if you not deal with her as she is a rare example of a terrible Canada post employee. Her colleague seemed friendly.

Absolute worst customer service ever.
Small location but an absolute pleasure to deal with. Single transaction to open up a P.O. Box was processed very quickly and with a smile to boot :)
