I bought a Kawasaki on June 6 Cash. Told ready to pick up in afternoon. I live in Sultan. Came back and told pin in carburettor was missing. They would order part and have ready next wk. Next wk it was the following wk. Then June 30th. Then can't get part at all. So are they throwing the machine out or are they selling it to some one else? I am out 2 trips to Timmins, insurance that I got and the use of my 5,500 dollars! Nice service. Plus try and get a hold of them. Messages no humans half the time! Really NO stars for the hassles I have gone through

You should really update hours if your not going to be open . 3 times we go there when your suppose to be open and your closed forcing us to have to go back into town for bait. 3rd times a charm for me will make plans to go elsewhere from now on.
