I was absolutely disappointed with my sweater that was made by this business. I was not happy with how it looked. I brought the sweater in and told them I was not happy and they were not willing to help me because I had already paid (140) for it. I said the sweater was supposed to be all embroidered and yet they put plastic lettering on the one sleeve and not only that it was on backwards. The one lady behind the counter said to me “ what’s the problem, didn’t you know it’s all the rage now!” She was very condescending and rude. Very disturbing. I went to the better business bureau which gives them the opportunity to fix the issue however they never even responded to their emails which was very frustrating. I have had this sweater for about 7 months and the zipper doesn’t work and the plastic lettering is all cracked. Will never recommend this business to anyone.
