Love going swimming
Good place to get exercise by walking in the pool during the Adult swim time each day between 11:45 am and 1:00 pm. Numerous other folks are doing the same thing to recover from knee, hip or back surgery. I have recently begun working with a physiotherapist at the pool and it has made a big difference. He has added a number of leg exercises to my regular regime, as well as adding ankle weights to increase the work load.
Like that the hot pool is big but not impressed with the life guards. Some kids were misbehaving in the deep end and the life guard kicked everyone out of the deep end instead of just kicking those kids out.

The best place to get your swim on! The staff has always been top notch. The current management is a welcomed change to years of the same old thing. Would have loved for this 37.5m pool to be 50m.....but that boat has sailed sadly.
A nice facility.
Pool is getting run down. No nice area for younger.children to play as it was built with not much thought about children. Family swims the guards don't put in the climbing gym for the youngsters and say they cannot as it's starting to break and they only put it in during the day time ... if it's broken fix it or replace it ... come on.
