They made a delivery across the street and drove up on my lawn in a few spots (springtime) and dug up the grass and left a big indent and torn up grass and a muddy hole. I asked that it be fixed and the driver asked the homeowner he was delivering to what i said and when he told him he said it wasent his problem and then he left. Very upset that he didn't even apologize or attempt to do anything about it. UPDATE** I called and Pete took my info and assured me he would speak to the driver and have it fixed. That makes up for it 150%. That is great customer service ....

I don't often leave reviews for companies or products but this one is a MUST. I had a Wise Line steel roof installed last year and am very happy with it, but I am more impressed by the staff at Wise Line. Thank you David for going above and beyond expectations to help make this a positive experience for us! I'm sure there are lots of steel roof companies out there, but I don't know if you'll find a team of people as great as the crew at Wise Line. It's nice to work with honest, conscientious people with integrity who stand behind their products! Thanks again! (If I could add a 6th star I would. :)
They have very knowledgeable staff and great customer service and a large selection of tools.
Wise Line Metal Sales, David in particular, has gone above and beyond to help me. On Saturday, July 15 it was discovered early in the morning that we had made an error when ordering material for my new roof. I called them straight away and as luck would have it they were working with the colour I needed. They cut the pieces and were able to promptly deliver. They saved the day and the rest of next week too. I sincerely thank you Wise Line Metal.
Bought my man a set of dewalt tools ... not 6 months old and tools sat at wise line for 3 weeks and said parts were on back order .... took it to a different dealer and low and behold got it fixed up with in 2 hrs wise line repair sucks wont recomend them
