Mike the store manager was amazing he took his time and made sure I was aware of all my options he sold me on a MasterCard which is crazy because I always told myself that I don't need another card ! Overall excellent service

Fed Up

I have gone to this store 3 times in 4 years. Mike was good although a bit abrupt , Rebecca was great and went out of her way to be helpful. On Dec 23, 2020, I had the worst customer service experience of my life with K##lynn. She does not have a clue how to interact with people, especially the handicapped. She didn't appear to know what she was doing and kept referring to the black box I was returning as a wireless modem when in fact it was my home phone cable modem, I would NOT recommend this Rogers store to anyone.. The owner responded to my post with \LOL\ Like I said, I would not recommend this store to anyone especially because the owner appears not to care either way.

If i didnt have a good plan here i wouldnt even blink an eye at this store. 4 years of the worst in store customer service ive ever had. They wont do more than they have too.
