man owner is rude, lacks knowledge about products so gives less than nothing. everything is overpriced. has no respect for customers. if you want your business to succeed you leave your problems at home. Everybody has problems. they are no exception. its about to shut down anyways! dont go there.!!

If I could rate a -5 stars, I would. I agree with Brody 100%. I went there a few months back to pawn my camera, which was at Best Buy for 750, and the woman offered me 150.. say what??? I sold on Kijiji for 550. So today I decided to give them a second go, and for my 600 engagement ring and my family legacy ring, they offered me 35... and then went on to insult me by saying that my salt water pearl necklace/earrings and my diamond earring were fake. They had no jewelry tools to check to see if it was. The pearls were from Mappins, intercity, not a cheap store. I tell her this, and she says she can buy them at the dollar store!!! What?!?!? That was such an insult. Funny, Big Eds pawnshop has all the tools, says their all real and willing to do 300 pawn on it all. Go else where, these guys buy for 1/8 of the sale price of an item, do not have necessary tools, sell for full price, and severely lack manners and are extremely rude.

For those of you saying that their items are over priced, they always tell you that prices are negotiable. Also, the owners are husband and wife and have a family of their own that they need to support. So they cant just buy your stuff at how much you bought it for, or sell you stuff for wayyyy cheaper than stores, as they need to gain a profit! They both work their all day and they need time to eat so im sorry if you get so offended that their also human and need to freaking eat! ALSO DONT PARK IN THEIR PARKING LOT IF YOUR GOING TO THE BAR I MEAN SERIOUSLY PEOPLE?!

The man behind the counter talked with food in his mouth, touched all my stuff with greasey hands and then gave me a pathetic offer on the stuff i wanted to sell. Use kajiji or the facebook buy and sells rather than dealing with this place.
