Not a single negative thing can be said here. My sales guy Chris Allen was hands down perfection! I give him 1000/10! He answered all my questions and I ended up walking out with a better car than I could have imagined while staying within my budget yet feeling like I won the jackpot. I would 100 % recommend him to everyone I know. I've always had second hand cars so I was nervous going in but he made it nice and easy for me. Even just being in the building everyone is very kind and caring. Amazing service! I would go back in a heartbeat.

We recently purchased a nearly “new” 2016 Rav4 Hybrid, Limited Edition from Wayne Toyota after reviewing it on their virtual platform. It arrived sooner than expected (though we live some 1400 km away), was received in impressive condition and the drive home was as pleasant and comfortable as one could reasonably hope for. I purchased my first ever Toyota just over a week ago - 2021 Toyota Highlander. Love it!! The purchase experience at Wayne Toyota was one of the best I have ever experienced in my 50 plus years purchasing new vehicles. Amanda Rolfe (Product Advisor) was great. She knows the product that she is selling and explained all the features that were available with the vehicle. She definitely was not a "pushy salesperson" and I appreciated that. I would highly recommend Amanda and Wayne Toyota to anyone considering buying a Toyota product.

This is the second time i visited this place to get my car serviced and unfortunately i am disappointed again. I was supposed to get a service done, and they found out my break pads needed to be changed. Fine! How long would it take? Probably and hour. Alright lets get it done. And 2 1/2 hours into the process and still here sitting and waiting. I don’t understand why couldn't this be disclosed. If it takes a while, I wouldn’t mind coming back. But being someone who needs to drive 600km back and forth, i believe some level of honesty would have helped me plan the day and process better. Thanks to you guys, I drive back home without groceries or anything else down. Appreciate it!! For sure not coming back!
