I have to change my initial review for this location. Staff has changed now. They have no idea what "Gluten Free" is now. TOPPERS AT THIS LOCATION DOES NOT HAVE GLUTEN FREE PIZZA! Any food service that says "gluten friendly", is just that: friendly with gluten!! The regular pizza is very good from comments from my "gluten friendly" friends.

Very good pizza, nice monitor display of your order status in the store so you can see how long it will be until your order is ready. Friendly and competent staff. Good price for what you get. I'm from out of town but if I get the chance I expect to order from here again.

Shard of hard rubber/plastic was found in my pizza. Bit down into it and possibly swallowed some more. Looks like something got into the cheese grater. This should have been easy to notice (white cheese vs brown plastic). I sent a message to the online customer service and never even received a response.

Very good pizza. I always get light cheese and the staff always gets it perfect. 10/10 would recommend

I understand that we all need portion control for profits. I will say thunder bay is not getting full portions of ingredients. Weight a Sudbury vs tbay 10 topper. And I will bet a pay check Sudbury wins. Wondering why I went in to have a look. Need I say more.

Found great choice and great portion with wonderful service. Was very great talking kartick and got good choices of pizza for my family. Loved pop corn chicken most, see you soon for other different pizzas
