I have worked closely with Sumac for 15 years and they continue to be the most professional field services company in Ontario. They pay great attention to detail and quality and consistently and reliably deliver results that exceed standards. I look forward to working more with Sumac in the future.

I've worked with Todd and his team over the last couple of years and they have been nothing short of professional, reliable, and communicative. It's been exciting to see them expand their services and service area - well deserved.

Global Growth consulting works with a number of mining and engineering companies providing solutions for mining exploration and operations. On a number of occasions, Sumac Geomatics has provided my clients aerial imagining services: Exploration: LiDAR, UAV, providing rock outcrops, drill pad, road access, MAG surveys, etc. Operations: Provided tailing management information, volumetrics, site imagery, environmental assessments, etc. Each of these clients was impressed with the accuracy, reporting and support provided by Sumac Geomatics. I would highly recommend Sumac Geomatics aerial imaging services.

Louise is 100% correct. Between the high school like cliques and bullyish and unclear management this place is just an unhealthy place to be employed. They purposely create an atmostphere where you are constantly wondering if your time is up. They DO NOT give references even if you were their best employee. The amount of times you will be asked if managing partner Todd Domney has found out (like hes some sort of authoritarian figure) is beyond irritating. With FRI over and new regulations on drones, i won't be surprised if these guys pack it in soon. Worst employer in Thunder Bay. "MNRs preferred contactor" is what they used to tell everyone... Total joke

Well below or contrary to the standards expected in this particular profession. This employer falls far short of any recommendation. The "training" offered is typical of a bait and switch one in its content. The expectations are solely geared towards those chosen ones and to fall out of favour or question authority is strictly ill advised. The gang environment is just that with preference shown in a very brutal subordinate manner. Make attempts to communicate with upper management and "you" will be redirected to no mans land. Attempts were made by this company to exicute a "re-branding" of their image, however they havent yet to understand that people don't leave jobs, they leave managers.
