I just bought my second car from Marostica. I love Suburu's - but the staff are a big part of my decision to buy from them again. From the service desk to the sales staff, it's all efficiency and smiles. I really feel I am well taken care at Marostica.
This is the best place. While driving across country to help my mom, my clutch gave out. On a 20 year old car, not so surprising. But I really needed to get to my mom. The team at Marostica were honest, they weren't sure what they'd find once they got this little old subbie on a hoist. It can't be much fun to work on a 20 year old car. I was somewhat prepared for more disaster. But the Forester proved to be in decent shape and they got her up and running with a smooth new clutch and a few small bits. The repair service was indeed great. And my little old car was even washed up shiny clean for the rest of the ride. But what I will never forget is the Marostica team. Right from the first phone call they were amazing. They wanted to help, kept me informed, and showed concern for my situation. I felt like I was part of the family right away. Thanks Lisa and Randy, and everyone I met. I am seriously considering getting a little more work done when I pass through Thunder Bay after helping my mom. Because I trust you guys completely. lynne
Bought a 2019 WRX STi today from these guys. Could not be more happy with the service. Paul (my main man) went through SO many hoops for me to make sure everything was awesome and perfect. Everything from finding the only one in Canada, issuing a trade with the dealer who had the STi, getting it shipped here, ordering and getting all my options installed, texting me the day it arrived JUST so i could come and see it and start it up. Such great people work here. Great service! Absolutely phenomenal staff. Paul, thanks man.
As a loyal Subaru owner, I went to Marostica Subaru when I needed new wheels. With the situation I was in, I needed a new car urgently and the staff was most accommodating. Olga is an outstanding salesperson and couldn't have done a better job...very knowledgeable about the cars she sells while Justin was extremely helpful in the finance department. All in all I am one very happy and satisfied customer.
Did not buy my vehicle from them I wish I did But they diagnosed my legacy’s problems fairly quick compared to the other dealerships shop that couldn’t do what Marostica Subaru did. Will bring my legacy to their shop if anything else comes up.
