My favorite restaurant in Thunder Bay, owned and operated by local folk,worked there many years ago and became quite familiar with their food and selection of local beers. Its a great atmosphere and my favorite food to eat at the Madhouse is the Fish Tacos.

The place was empty when we arrived... Had me wondering. But the food was great! Amazing baked tomato and bacon sandwich. Their fries are delicious!

I ordered seafood (without linguine version) and it’s so fantastic, the taste is amazing. My bf also had a yummy steak salad. Our waiter was very friendly too. Probably the best restaurant of our vacation.

We often go to the Madhouse for food and drink and it is always great. We were there twice this week and noticed both times the staff were even better than normal, constantly moving, multi tasking and friendly. The food was outstanding as always, but we just wanted to give the awsome staff an extra shout out.
