These people are stealing from you their environmental charge is a flat rate of 6.99 for under 50or9 for over 50 to infinity. I filled in an account in Kingston and was told that with the account I would get dry ice at 2 a all across Canada. This store wanted to charge me full price and screw me under environmental tax. If I buy one pound of dry ice or I buy 10 lb of dry iceVicki kotak should be proportional to the amount of environmental damage we are doing. These people are profiting off of a government tax. I recommend boycotting the store.

This "No Way" guy must have been on some hard drugs or something just based on his grammar and hateful comments as I went to Praxair a couple months back and dealt with the above mentioned manager and he was probably the most helpful and engaging manager I've spoken to in the past 10 years. Can't believe you can personally attack people on Google now. Shame.

I had really bad expeirence of dealing with the branch manager Kowalski, Darren. He's been the really rude sale person I never ever met. Doesn't know how to deal with customer in a respective way. If there is a 2nd praxair in tbay, I will avoid him forever!

I went to Hosanna Protection Services and I had the worst service I have experienced in Thunder Bay for the last 10 years. Seriously. I brought a soda stream cylinder and the guy was as rude as possible after he broke the cylinder while he was trying to fill it up. He a till charged me for the broken cylinder. After I came home I realized my second cylinder was half empty already. I went back another time to give them a chance; same problem again, the cylinders were not properly filled. Had to wait in that dungeon for 30 minutes because the guy was on the phone...I will never go back, it’s not worth my time. I will NOT recommend this place even for the worst enemy of humanity.

I'm just trying to offset the previous negative review that was made in mistake to the wrong establishment. PS do you guys sell dry ice?
