Awesome flexible service! When is the last time a dealer agreed to return a complex part (transmission valve body) to the customer for repair and then reinstalling it? A refreshing change from the \scan and replace\ mentality.

Attended this dealership as I had purchased my previous vehicle here about 6 years ago and had a great experience. I stopped in as I was interested in a car they had on the lot. The salespeople who assisted me were friendly and understanding. They worked with me to find a price we could agree on. I returned the following day with my spouse and while waiting for an appointment discovered the car was leaking fluid (presumed oil). There was a puddle on the pavement and the car itself had the fluid on the metal etc under the car. A different salesperson I had not dealt with previously tried to tell me that it was from another car as they had recently moved it, which was a straight up lie because the vehicle was in the same spot it was the day before, and we had touched the underside of the car and confirmed it was leaking something. At this point it was obvious I could not trust Halfway Motors Nissan and we left immediately without making a purchase. Three stars only for the friendly staff and willingness to negotiate a deal, but they lost a sale because someone decided to be a sleazy salesperson and make up stories.
