Selection of wish cards and items of quality had been on the decline in recent times but the service was always friendly and respecting the customers. This location has announced its closure like many other Carlton Cards. Unfortunately, Walmart and dollar stores will be the souce of wish cards.

I've been waiting since January 2016 for the precious moments year 5 in the Disney princesses to come in. My parents went in in March and the workers told my mom that the 2 they have in stock are broken. Apparently they weren't sure when the next ones would be in. So a month ago I went in and talked to someone and they said that they still have not received any new ones but still had the broken ones. But she did tell me that a shipment from another store was coming in in 2 weeks and that she would call me. I also told her that if no new ones came in I would buy a broken one as I need one for a birthday. Well 4 weeks have gone by and no phone call so I went in today. (June 4th, 2016). The girl that was working today gave me weird looks and had no idea what I was talking about and that the other girl would be back in half hour as she was on lunch. I went back half hour later and the girl that was on lunch didn't even have the decency to come out of the back room to talk to me. So the "message" I got was that no new ones came in. So I told her that I would buy one of the broken ones. So she had to go back to the back room and ask. The response I for was that they didn't fix them yet. So my response was if head office doesn't know that they are broken they will not get new ones because the system is telling head office that they still have some in the store and that they're not selling. And I walked out. So I didn't get a straight answer or even an alternative on what I should do. And what pissed me off the most is the fact that the girl in the back room couldn't even come out to talk to me herself. Had to go through a new person who clearly had no idea what was going on. And I didn't even get an apology. So I won't be returning to that store again.

Purchased a gift for my mother that was on sale for 5 and they ended up charging me 20 then proceeded to get me to pay without telling me the price. Once they told me how much was left on my gift card I notified them that they made a mistake and asked for a refund since the price was incorrect. She then proceeded to tell me she can't refund it so I ask to speak to the manager who says she will do it in a moment. After ten minutes we ask what's up and she says to come back in a bit and it'll be done. I did that and got the same answer as before. Then two hours later as I was leaving the mall I checked before leaving and they still never got to refunding me. Extremely frustrated and disappointed
