I had the shrimp jambalaya. It was very good. Prices were reasonable.
Ordered 2 large pizzas for take out (holy man are they expensive) got home and the middle was sooooo doughy and undercooked. This is not the first time we have had problems or under cooked pizza. One take out order I ordered a bunch of food and wings. They added everything to the order except the wings. When I picked it up I asked why it was so cheap? They went through the order I said oh I ordered wings too. Their response was oh we must have missed that. You can wait another 20 minutes and we will add it. I said No because all the other food will be cold and soggy. Luckily the manger was nice about the undercooked pizza. I hope the replacement pizza is cooked.
My daughter and I came here 3 times in a row. Friday, Sunday, and Tuesday. We kept returning because of our Waitress, Angela. After working commercial transport from Montreal to Vancouver, and now in the process of returning to Montreal. The service here that we have received, has to be the best by far out of all of the restaurants that we have went to. I will promise that the next time I pass through Thunder Bay to go to Vancouver, I will be stopping at this boston pizza. Purely because of the 5 Star service and great food. Thank you to Angela. We hope that you will still be here when return to Thunder Bay in 2 weeks time!!
I ordered their Jambalaya Fettuccini on Jan 12, 2021. As a retiree, I rarely treat myself to take out, but when I do, it's something I know I like and which I know is good value for my . Well, this time it was a total let down. The noodles were so overcooked they were virtually textureless. There was just enough sauce to give it colour and a hint of flavour, but no more. As for the garlic toast, well it used to be pretty healthy chunk, now it looks like they just took a slice of bread out of a bag. Very disappointed, that they've gone so far down hill. Sorry Boston, no more recommendations from me.
