Scott and the gang are amazing! I've been dealing with Thorold for a few years now, and have NEVER been more satisfied with a parts supplier, whether new or used. Our shop relies on fast and honest service from our suppliers and price has NEVER been an issue.

Incompetent and verbally abusive customer service. Sales representatives do not know how to email pictures of parts. After numerous calls and placing an order, a separate rep dropped off a different part, not as described which is from a police cruiser. After outlining this discrepancy, the original sales rep used abusive language over the phone and honoured the return. Please rectify your parts pick up process and customer service.
