Enbridge steal money from you. They usually read meter bi-monthly but they didn't read on my moving-out month for my final bill. Instead they overcharged with estimate bill which my meter number is actually lower than their estimate. Wonder why they don't read my final meter even though it was the month which was scheduled to read. I assume this is intentional because CS only says I should pay abide by billing policy. Only the final month had estimate bill 2 month in a row.
Just absolute garbage. They changed our meter on a Friday and locked it without notice. The igniter on my furnace died as a result of trying to start all day. Thanks for the free meter upgrade, and the 400 after hours service bill. Oh, but you can offer a call back sometime in the next week? Gee, I wonder why there's so little incentive to have some semblance of customer service?

I have been on the online forms for the last few days. I am moving and no longer need service. It went ahead and abd changed my account. I JUST WANT THE GAS SHUT OFF!! That's all! No changes, no new accounts just shut it off.
