Great atmosphere and awesome staff who never too busy to assist or support a new recruit to the yoga scene which I am. Lots of varied class styles and levels to choose from and very accommodating class times. Give it a try you won't regret it.

Yuj yoga provides a wide range of different types of yoga. The teachers there are very knowledgeable and nice. I would suggest doing power yoga if you want an intense workout. Awesome Yuj Yoga Toronto!!!
