The situation is very simple. Once you sign the papers for the new vehicle, nobody will take care of you. Leased two 2019 vehicles, one started to RUST on the trunk area right under the Nissan logo. It took them some time to fix it the first time, 3 months later, RUST CAME BACK, in a brand new car. Took them 2.5 to schedule an appointment. The customer service level is poor; Gavin Chow - Service Manager, was impatient, repeating what his employees said. He did not provide any additional information or reasoning. But he was trying to educate me as a customer on some facts of life and how things really are. Willowdale Nissan and Nissan Canada, please do not ignore this feedback. I doubt that it is good for business when managers like Gavin Chow are talking down to customers without any solutions to the actual problem at hand and trying to educate someone on the realities of life. I will make sure that neither I nor my family, friends or any people I know will ever shop at your dealership. P.S. As per Gavin Chow - \There is no such a thing as a 3-year bumper-to-bumper warranty.\ Be careful when you are sold a warranty that does not exist.

I bought my first Nissan here. A brand new Nissan 2020 Rogue. I thought Justin Maraj was amazing to work with. I don't normally write reviews but I have to say my experience with Justin was awesome. Justin was friendly, thoughtful and very much down to earth. He was always available and prompt. Even when it was his day off and I had a question. My interaction with Justin was predominantly done on the phone or via email. I showed up and he delivered exactly what he promised. Which I find hard to come by these days. Well done. I would definitely buy all my cars with you going forward. No fuss and to the point.
