Excellent Service and support! Don and Roy were amazing! Exactly what I needed, Thank you for your excellent customer service. I appreciate Don's guidance and patience. Roy set up my Volvo account and familiarized me with my new car. Much needed as my old car did not have nearly the bells an whistle's this one does. It was a fun ride home. Don followed up with a call just to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. It was and still is, however I feel like I have the support I need if anything comes up. Just picked up our 2021 Volvo S60 and we couldn’t be more pleased with the amazing service from both Don (sales rep) and Roy (delivery specialist). Today, I drop off my XC90 for the brake and front driver seat creaking sound. The tech guys are really help me to resolve the problem. But After I drove my car back, I found that my rear wheal hub had a deep scratch. I really satisfied they fix the creaking sound for me, but the scratch I am not really appreciated. Here is the followup: I brought my car to them, they order me a new part for me to change the damage one. Also, I mentioned that the driver seat creaking sound still there. They send another technician test drive with me. He also confirmed he is able to listen the sound. Hopefully, all the little problem could be resolve when I drop it off next time, since my car only 3000 km. I will keep update in this review. Here is the followup: Yesterday, I drove my car to the dealership for the part replaced. They ordered the new trim for me. It looks fantastic now. Really appreciated their work. For the creaks, the technician tried to tie up the parts under the driver seat. But it didn't fully be resolved. The creaks still their and really frustrated my daily drive. Hopefully, they could help me to get rid of it. I will keep post until the whole service gets finalize. Here is an update: after last treatment, everything is working properly. Appreciated!
