My husband and I had a great experience from day 1. Dr. Hartman and his team were always compassionate and understanding of our situation and guided us on a realistic path. No matter how many appointments or blood tests, I never felt that I was just a number. We now have our first son and I couldn’t thank this centre and the centre downtown enough. Trio Fertility saved our lives. Thank you. God Bless.

The worst experience I had with trio they don't give you any instructions before hand and dr Michael Hartman and his nurse are very rude people. Receptionist was very nice and some nurses were ok but most of the staff wasn't helpful at all. If there was less than one star I would give that to trio for my experience.
Dr. Hartman is a doctor with a heart, he will give you choices and give his honest opinion to every procedure. I am very thankful to all the staff in thornhil clinic ,for assisting me every step of my procedure nurse Aliza and to the receptionist Farida. You are amazing.
Im very happy so far. Everyone is knowledgeable communicative and kind. Nurse Rosie has been wonderful and very empathic. I really appreciate the attitude and the approach. Ive had bad experiences at other clinics and trio has been amazing so far.
