Everything is delicious there. Prices are a bit high but you are paying for the ambience as well. Which brings me to the reason for a 4 star. When will you reopen for indoor sitting?

SIPS is like a "home away from home". Very friendly staff who are ready to serve you with a smile and answer your every question. Ezra is accommodating in every way and prides himself on maintaining the coffee house to the highest degree. Although I do not frequent any coffee shop when I choose to I almost always find myself at SIPS. Thanks, Ezra, for providing us with such a comfortable atmosphere. Anne

Nice place. Great place to get some work done, take a date, relax, have business meetings, or just grab a coffee and go. They have multiple types of coffee, hot drinks, cold drinks, baked goods, and other quick breakfast options. It used to be a Second Cup, so expect a similar experience to 2nd Cup (a good thing )

Love this place, and I have been reading and studying there with my laptop recently. The Americano decaf is my favourite. But I will try some other types of drinks later. Anyway, it has been be my cozy, quiet place

What an awesome coffee shop. The menu is outstanding and all their beverages (both hot and cold) are absolutely yummy. As are all the freshly baked stuff. Everything in the shop is kosher and all dairy is חלב ישראל. The baristas are very efficient and friendly. My entire family (all different ages and preferences) loves Sips. We'll worth a visit!
